ISO-certifications

Akvaplan-niva er sertifisert etter ISO-standardene 9001 og 14001.

ISO 9001 is the world's most widely used quality management standard. It sets requirements for effective processes, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This certification confirms that we have established structured procedures for risk management, internal control, and quality improvement—with the goal of delivering reliable and professionally sound services in all projects.

ISO 14001 helps organizations reduce their environmental impact through systematic environmental management. Our certification shows that we are committed to sustainable working practices, energy efficiency, and responsible resource use. Sustainable Aquaculture

GLOBALG.A.P. is a leading international standard for responsible food production.

Our certification (GGN: 4063651708769) applies to our production of cod fry at the FISK research station, confirming that we meet strict requirements regarding animal welfare, food safety, and environmental considerations.

We have also completed GRASP (Risk Assessment on Social Practice), an add-on to GLOBALG.A.P. that assesses working conditions and social standards. This approval demonstrates our active efforts to ensure good working conditions, health, and welfare for our employees.
